Jyurinji Temple

Jyurinji Temple is a historic temple that was built nearly 800 years ago. The main hall contains an Amitabha Buddha statue, Kannon goddess of mercy statue, Bishamonten god of war statue, Fudo Myoo statue, Jizo guardian of children statue and others, and having these 5 all in one place is extremely rare in Japan. The Amitabha Buddha statue is designated as a Prefectural Tangible Cultural Asset.
